I took my photos at the Battleship Cove in Fall River. I walked through the boardwalk and then went off to go to a parking lot with boats and canoes. I choose to shoot the wood with sunflowers in the background. I was super close to the wood wall but in the background are sunflowers and a light pole with the sun shining through it. I was straight on with photo and I split up the photo and focused on the wood with the background on the left. My photo is horizontal. I did consider the rule of thirds but I didn’t really use it because i split the photo more in half by putting the wood piece on the right and background on the left. When the viewer looks at my photo the piece of wood attracts the viewer’s eye and then just tracing their eye along each line on the piece of wood.
